Shipping Policy – All My Friends LLC

At All My Friends LLC, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, costs, and other essential information.

Order Processing Time

  • Production Time: All our products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days within the USA.
    • Availability: Available for all products.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and product type. Detailed shipping rates can be found on Printify's Shipping Rates Page.

For example:

  • T-Shirts (Standard Shipping):
    • USA: $4.75 for the first item; $2.40 for each additional item.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Customs Fees

Not applicable, as we do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost or Returned Orders

  • Lost Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@allmyfriends.us. We'll investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.
  • Returned Packages: Packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or other delivery issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid such issues.

Note: We do not provide address validation services. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

Additional Information

  • PO Box Deliveries: Delivery to PO boxes is advised only for destinations in the United States.
  • Address Formatting: All shipping addresses must be in Latin characters. Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters, and Address Line 2 to 30 characters.
